founding member of the football company, a web3 fantasy football manager. brand and product from zero, then a team of seven for brand, content and community inside a company of 35. five things shipped: the football club identity, the native app for ios and android, the marketplace for trading nfts, 3d avatars that wear the nfts as kit and accessories, and the backend for content and users. club partnerships with eintracht frankfurt, bayer leverkusen and karlsruher sc, league deals in belgium and croatia, digital jersey drops. $2.5m pre-seed, $1.5m revenue in the first ten months, close to 100,000 users, 30,000 monthly active. the company closed in april 2023 after a key investor withdrew during the seed round. the work stands.
